Okay, so I was working on this crossword puzzle the other day, and I got totally stuck. I mean, stuck. The clue was “most worthy goals,” and I just couldn’t for the life of me figure it out. It was driving me nuts!
First, I tried just brainstorming. You know, sitting there, staring at the blank spaces, hoping something would magically pop into my head. Nope. Nothing. I thought about all sorts of words related to goals: “dreams,” “aspirations,” “ambitions”… Still nothing that fit.
Then I started trying to use the letters I already had filled in from other clues. I had an “I” in the third spot, and I think an “S” at the end. I played around with different combinations, trying to force words to work. It was like trying to fit a square peg in a round hole. Frustrating!
I even considered giving up. I mean, it’s just a crossword puzzle, right? But I’m stubborn, and I hate leaving things unfinished. So I decided to get a little help and look this clue up.
I typed “most worthy goals crossword clue” into the search bar, fingers crossed. And boom! Almost instantly, I see a bunch of crossword solver sites, and the most helpful ones are bolded to show their relevance to my search!
I clicked on a couple of the top results. I look through the different options and keep my partially completed puzzle in mind. It’s looking like a six letter word.

IDEALS! Of course! I should had that, but it happens.I filled in the answer, and it fit perfectly. Finally! Sweet, sweet victory. Sometimes, you just need a tiny hint to get you over the hump. I mean, it’s not cheating, and it’s fun to learn new words that I can use, even for talking with others. It felt good to finally crack the code and move on with the puzzle. It is a very fun game!
