Alright, so I finally got around to checking out the Albion Golf Course. I’d heard some chatter about it, mostly good, so I figured, why not? Gotta say, I was not disappointed.
First things first, I booked a tee time. Don’t be like me and assume you can just rock up. I went mid-week, thinking it’d be quieter, and even then, it was pretty busy. So yeah, book ahead.
Getting there was simple. I just popped the address into my phone’s GPS, and it took me right there. No drama. Parking was ample, which is always a plus. No circling around for ages trying to find a spot.

The Course Itself
The course, well, it was in great shape. I mean, really nice. You could tell they take care of the place. The greens were super smooth and rolling true, and the fairways were neatly trimmed.
- Challenging but fair: That’s how I’d describe the layout. There were a couple of holes that really made you think, you know? Some tricky doglegs and well-placed bunkers.
- Scenery: Super pretty, nice views, the place is in a good area.
- Pace of play: Not bad, not great. Just your normal day. There’s folks of all skill levels, so there’s some waiting sometimes, but that’s the game.
After the round, I grabbed a bite at the clubhouse. Simple stuff, you know, burgers, sandwiches, that sort of thing. Hit the spot. The staff I had dealing with, at the clubhouse, and booking the tee-time were great.
Overall, I’d definitely recommend Albion. It’s a solid course, well-maintained, and good to have some fun. Just remember to book that tee time!
