Okay, here’s my attempt at writing a blog post in the style you described, about a “cubs hoodie” project:
So, I saw this cubs hoodie online, and I just had to have it. Problem was, it was, like, way too expensive. I’m not dropping that kind of cash on a sweatshirt, no way. So I thought, “Hey, I can probably make something similar myself!” I am not good at this kind of staff. I mean It’s not easy.
Finding the Stuff
First, I Needed a plain blue hoodie.I went to a couple of those big-box stores. Nothing. Just basic colors, and not the right shade of blue. Then I got it.

Then I found a place and got some iron-on paper. Seemed easy enough, right? Print the logo, iron it on, boom, done.
The Messy Part
- Printing: Okay, getting the logo onto the transfer paper was a pain. My printer, of course, decided to act up. Took me, like, five tries to get it to print without smudging.
- Cutting: cutting out the logo. I’m not exactly known for my steady hands. I’m really not good at making *’s just say it wasn’t a perfect circle.
- Ironing: I ironed that sucker on. I followed the instructions. I promise. But for some reason, part of it just wouldn’t stick properly. I ended up using a ton of pressure, and I think I even scorched the fabric a little. Oops.
The “Finished” Product
It’s… not perfect. The logo is a little off-center. And there’s that slightly burnt spot. And it’s maybe not the exact shade of blue as the original.
But, you know what? I made it. I will wear it. It’s unique. It’s got character. It’s good enough!
