So, I’ve been thinking about switching things up career-wise, and I’ve been hearing a lot about Chamberlain University. I figured, “Why not check out what jobs they have?” So, I started digging.
Getting Started
First, I typed “Chamberlain University jobs” into the search bar. It is amazing to find that it has its own job search page, so I went straight there.
Browsing Around
Their site is pretty straightforward. I could look at jobs by category, like faculty, staff, or even corporate positions. They also had a way to search by location, which was helpful because I wasn’t really looking to move across the country.

Narrowing It Down
I started playing around with the filters. I knew I wanted something in, so I picked that from the location options. Then, I thought about what kind of job I’d be good at. I have some experence on nursing ,so I figured I’d look at those roles first.
Finding Some Options
After filtering, a bunch of listings popped up. Some were for full-time professors, others were for part-time instructors, and there were even a few staff positions that looked interesting. I started clicking on the ones that caught my eye to read the full descriptions.
Reading the Fine Print
The job descriptions were pretty detailed. They listed the responsibilities, the required qualifications, and even some info about the benefits. I made sure to read through everything carefully, especially the part about needing a master’s degree or higher for most of the teaching roles. I jotted down the key requirements for the jobs I was most interested in.
Getting My Stuff Together
After I found a few jobs that seemed like a good fit, I figured it was time to get my resume and cover letter updated. I tailored them to match the specific requirements and keywords from the job descriptions.I tried to show how my skills and experience matched what they were looking for.
Taking the Plunge
Once I felt good about my application materials, I went ahead and applied online. It was pretty easy, just had to fill out some forms and upload my documents. Now, I’m just waiting to hear back. Fingers crossed!
