Okay, so today I decided to dig into this whole “Jack Kennedy tennis” thing. I’d heard the name, obviously, but I wanted to see what his actual tennis game was like. It’s not like there’s a ton of footage out there, you know?
Starting My Search
First, I hit up the usual spots – you know, just trying to get a general feel. I typed “Jack Kennedy tennis” into my search bar and see what I am getting.
Digging a Little Deeper
I spend some time sifting any useful resources. It seemed like everyone knows he played, but not a lot of specifics.

Watching the stories
I went through all kinds of stories.
- Checked for mentions of specific matches. Nothing.
- Looked for descriptions of his playing style. Very little.
- Tried to find anything about, opponents, locations… still drawing blanks.
Figuring Things Out
So, here’s the deal, from what I can gather after my little research sprint:
- JFK definitely played tennis.
- He probably wasn’t a super competitive, tournament-level player.
- It was more of a recreational thing, a way to stay active and maybe socialize.
- I couldn’t find match footage.
Basically, I confirmed he played, but didn’t uncover any hidden tennis champion secrets. It was still a fun little dive into history, though!
