Okay, let me tell you about this thing I’ve been messing around with lately – the Goodison Virtual Stadium. It’s basically a 3D model of Everton’s stadium, Goodison Park. They are calling it the “Virtual Venue”. I’m a huge Everton fan, so naturally, I had to check it out.
So I started to explore this tool. First thing I did was just click around and see what’s what. It’s pretty cool because you can go to any part of the stadium and see what the view looks like from that seat. They partnered with Ticketmaster to build this thing, so you know it’s legit.
I spent a good hour just moving from section to section, checking out the views. I even pretended I was buying tickets for different matches, you know, like looking at a seat in the lower stand versus up high in the upper stand.

The detail is pretty crazy. You can zoom in and out, pan around, pretty much get a feel for what it’s like to be there. As I went through different areas, I was imagining the roar of the crowd, the chants, the whole atmosphere. It actually gave me goosebumps a few times, not gonna lie.
What I Really Loved
- The views: Seriously, it feels like you’re right there in the stadium.
- Easy to use: It’s super simple to navigate, even my grandma could figure it out.
- The detail: You can see everything so clearly, it’s impressive.
I know Everton is moving to a new stadium soon, a bigger one with 52,888 seats, but Goodison Park is iconic. This stadium, built way back, has seen so much history. This tool lets you dive into that, no matter where you are in the world. It’s a great way to connect with the club’s history. This virtual experience is like a little time capsule. And being able to experience this from my own home is awesome.
If you’re an Everton fan, or even just a football fan in general, you gotta check this thing out. It’s a really cool way to experience a legendary stadium.
