Okay, so I’ve been hearing a lot about these “golden myers seeds” and how amazing they are for, like, everything. So, I finally decided to give them a try myself. Gotta see what all the fuss is about, right?
Getting Started
First things first, I needed to actually get these seeds. I went to a few local stores, you know, the usual healthy-food spots, but no luck. It seemed kind of niche. So in the end I just Looked around and find a shop, they are really hard to find! It took me like, a whole afternoon of searching.
The Experiment Begins
Once get those seeds then I washed them down.

- I put them in a jar. Just a regular old mason jar.
- Filled it up with water, enough to cover the seeds completely.
- Then I put a lid on, but not too tight. You want some air to get in there, I guess.
Waiting… and Waiting…
And… I waited. I put the jar in a cool, dark place. Checked on it every day. The first couple of days, nothing much happened. I was starting to think I’d messed it up somehow, or maybe the seeds were duds.
I did change the water every day, though. That seemed important, from what I’d gathered. Just poured out the old water, rinsed the seeds a bit, and put fresh water back in.
Sprouts!
Then, on day three, I saw it! Tiny little white tails starting to poke out of the seeds. I was so excited! It was actually working! I kept up the rinsing and changing the water routine, and those little sprouts kept growing longer and longer.
Harvest Time
After about five days, the sprouts were a good length, maybe an inch or so. Seemed like it was time to “harvest” them, whatever that meant. Basically, I just took them out of the jar, gave them a final rinse, and laid them out on a paper towel to dry a bit.

Trying Them Out
Okay, time for the taste test. I sprinkled some on my salad. They were… crunchy. And kind of nutty, I guess? Not a super strong flavor, but definitely added a nice little something-something to the salad. I’ve also heard you can put them in smoothies, so I might try that next.
The Verdict?
So far, so good! It was definitely a fun little project, and I’m excited to keep experimenting with these golden myers seeds. Not sure if they’re going to change my life or anything, but they’re definitely a tasty and healthy addition to my meals. And hey, who doesn’t love watching stuff grow?
