Okay, so I’ve been on this kick lately trying to find the perfect Formula One hat. Not just any hat, mind you, but one that actually looks good and doesn’t make me feel like a walking billboard.
I started out by just browsing online, you know, the usual spots. But honestly, most of what I found was either super generic or way too flashy. I mean, I love F1, but I don’t necessarily want a giant logo screaming from my forehead.
So, I changed my strategy. I started looking at individual team merchandise. Figured that might be a good way to find something a little more specific, a little more stylish, maybe even a little more… subtle.
- First, I hit up the Mercedes store. They had some nice stuff, sleek and black, but nothing that really grabbed me.
- Then I checked out Red Bull. Lots of options, but many of them were a bit too “loud” for my taste. The colors are just so intense!
- Ferrari was next. Classic red, of course, but I wasn’t feeling the designs they had. Too much going on.
- Then I checked out McLaren. The classic orange color looks very nice.
I was starting to get a little discouraged. I mean, it’s just a hat, right? But I really wanted something I’d actually enjoy wearing, not just something I’d tolerate.
Then,I decided look for last year’s *! McLaren’s design,it’s not too crazy, fits well, and the material feels pretty good.
My suggestion
If you are looking for hats, I think last year’s design is better.
