Okay, so, I’ve been trying to figure out how to watch NHL games without cable for a while now. It’s a real pain, you know? So, I started digging around to find a good way to stream the games.
First, I checked out ESPN+. I figured, hey, they’re a big name in sports, they must have hockey, right? Turns out, they do! They have out-of-market games, which is great, and they have some exclusive games too. Plus, they let you watch the games on-demand after they air, so that’s pretty sweet if you miss the live action.
Then I stumbled upon this whole thing about Hulu and Hulu + Live TV. They’re supposed to have some kind of deal with ESPN+ where you can get all the hockey streams. Sounded pretty good, so I looked into it more. It seemed like a solid option, especially if you want other live TV channels besides just sports.

Max
Max.I also found out about this thing called Max. It was kinda cool because it had all the TNT sports stuff like NBA, MLB, and of course, NHL. If you’re into those sports, it seems like a good deal.
加速器.Oh, and there’s this whole world of 加速器s. I’m not gonna lie, I didn’t know much about them before. But I found out that Express加速器 is a popular choice. They have servers all over the place, so you can basically trick the streaming services into thinking you’re somewhere else. People use it to get access to games that might be blacked out in their area. It’s a little complicated, but it works, I guess.
Other streaming services
-
DIRECTV STREAM
-
fuboTV
-
Sling TV
-
YouTube TV
I also saw some people talking about other streaming services like DIRECTV STREAM, fuboTV, Hulu + Live TV, Sling TV, and YouTube TV. There are so many options, it’s kind of overwhelming. Each one has its own thing, you know? Different channels, different prices.
So, yeah, that’s what I’ve found out so far. It’s not as easy as just turning on the TV and flipping to the hockey game, but there are definitely ways to watch NHL without cable. You just gotta figure out which one works best for you. I’m still trying to decide, but at least now I have some options.
