Okay, so yesterday I decided I had to snag some tickets for the Bivol vs. Beterbiev fight. I’ve been waiting for this matchup forever!
First, I started poking around online. You know, just a general search to see what was out there, which sites had them, and, most importantly, the price ranges. It’s a big fight, so I knew I’d be paying a bit.
After checking a few different ticket seller websites, I kind of had an idea of the “going rate.” It wasn’t pretty, let me tell you! But, hey, this is a once-in-a-lifetime kind of fight, right?

The Hunt Begins
I spent a good hour, maybe two, just comparing prices and seat locations. I had like five different tabs open on my browser. It was a whole operation.
- The official website– Sometimes, this is the best best, you would think.
- Those big-name reseller sites– You know the ones I’m talking about. They always pop up.
- Even checked some smaller, lesser-known sites– Just in case there was a hidden gem.
It was a bit of a roller coaster. Some sites had decent prices but terrible seats, others had amazing seats but the prices were, well, astronomical. My strategy was to find the sweet spot – the best seat I could afford without completely emptying my bank account.
I finally found a pair in a section I liked, at a price that made me wince, but not cry. Clicked “buy,” put in all my info, held my breath… and boom! Got ’em!
Seriously, scoring these tickets felt like winning a mini-lottery. Now, I just gotta wait for fight night! Gonna be epic!
