Alright, so today I’m diving into the world of Brock Purdy rookie cards. You know, the last pick of the 2022 NFL Draft, “Mr. Irrelevant” himself. I got interested in this because the guy’s been doing way better than anyone expected. I mean, leading the 49ers, breaking records and what not… It’s crazy! So, I figured, why not check out his rookie cards?
First, I started doing some digging around. I wanted to see what’s out there, what’s popular, what’s worth something, you know, the usual stuff. There are tons of cards, from all sorts of brands. I looked at Panini Prizm, Donruss Optic, Select, Mosaic, and a few others. These are like the big names in the card collecting world, and they all have different designs and rarity levels.
After looking at so many options, I decided to focus on a few specific cards. It’s not really practical to get all of them after all. I picked out a couple that caught my eye – a Panini Prizm Black Finite, which is a really rare one, and a Donruss Optic Rated Rookie Gold, which is another limited edition. I also grabbed a Select Field Level Silver, just because I liked the design.

Getting these cards was a whole other story. I spent hours checking out different places, comparing prices, and making sure I wasn’t getting ripped off. It’s not really easy to find reliable sellers sometimes, but I eventually managed to get the cards I wanted.
Once I finally got the cards in my hands, it was pretty cool. It’s always fun to get something you’ve been hunting for. I took a good look at each one, checked out the details, the colors, the condition, all that. It is interesting to compare the different designs and see how they highlight Purdy in different ways.
Now that I have these cards, I’m thinking about what to do with them. I mean, I could just keep them in a box, or maybe get them graded to see how they hold up against professional standards. Or maybe, I’ll just hold onto them for a while and see what happens with Purdy’s career. If he keeps playing like this, who knows, these cards might become even more valuable.
Here’s a quick rundown of what I got:
- Panini Prizm Black Finite
- Donruss Optic Rated Rookie Gold
- Select Field Level Silver
Anyway, that’s my little adventure into the world of Brock Purdy rookie cards. It’s been fun, and it’s always interesting to learn something new. Who knows, maybe I’ll get more into this card collecting thing. It’s kind of addictive, to be honest.
