Okay, so I’ve been trying out this whole “bottomless mimosas” thing, and let me tell you, it’s quite the experience. I kicked things off by finding this spot called Apolline, which is basically my go-to brunch place now. They’ve got this deal where you can get endless mimosas for 35 bucks, but there’s a two-hour limit per person.
Started out early on a Sunday, got there right when they opened. The place wasn’t too packed, which was nice. I grabbed a table outside ’cause the weather was perfect. Took a look at their new brunch menu – they’ve got some good stuff, like Salmon Toast and French Toast, but I was there for the mimosas.
First round arrived, and it was a pretty good mix of champagne and orange juice. Not too strong, not too weak. Sipped on that while waiting for my food. I went with the French Toast ’cause why not? Treat yo’ self, right?

- First mimosa: Just right.
- Second mimosa: Still good, starting to feel relaxed.
- Third mimosa: Okay, definitely feeling it now. The buzz is real.
Food showed up, and it was delicious. Ate that up pretty quickly. By this point, I was on my fourth mimosa, and let me tell you, I was feeling pretty good. It’s not enough to get you completely wasted, but you definitely feel a nice buzz. They kept the mimosas coming, and I made sure to have a glass of water in between each one. Gotta stay hydrated, you know? That’s the key, or else you’ll be heading home with a headache by 5 PM.
Kept that up for the full two hours. I think I ended up having about five or six glasses? It felt like a pretty good deal for 35 bucks. You know some places don’t do the mix well but they do a pretty good job. Chilled there for a bit after the time was up, just enjoying the vibe. The place started to get busier, so I figured it was time to head out.
Final Thoughts
Paid the bill, left a nice tip ’cause the service was great, and strolled out. All in all, it was a solid brunch experience. Would I do it again? Absolutely. It’s a fun way to spend a Sunday morning, especially if you’re with friends. Just remember to drink water and pace yourself. You don’t wanna overdo it, but you definitely want to enjoy that bottomless goodness.
