Okay, so I wanted to figure out who the biggest baseball YouTubers are. I’m a huge baseball fan, and I’m always looking for new channels to watch. So, I started this little project to find the best of the best.
Step 1: Brainstorming and Initial Search
First, I grabbed a pen and paper – yeah, I’m old school sometimes – and jotted down any baseball YouTubers I already knew. I came up with a few, like Jomboy Media and Foolish Baseball, but I knew there had to be more out there.
Then, I fired up Google and typed in some basic searches like “best baseball YouTube channels” and “top baseball YouTubers.” This gave me a bunch of articles and lists to start with.

Step 2: Diving into YouTube
With a list of names from my Google search, I headed over to YouTube itself. I started searching for each name and checking out their channels. The main things I looked at were:
- Subscriber count: Obviously, a bigger number means more popular, right?
- Video views: I checked both the overall views and the views on some of their recent videos.
- Content type: What kind of videos do they make? Game recaps, player analysis, funny moments, history? I was curious to see the variety.
- Engagement: I am looking for their recent videos, comments, likes to see that.
Step 3: Refining the List
As I went through the channels, I started to get a feel for who the real heavy hitters were (pun intended!). Some channels that looked promising at first didn’t have a ton of recent activity, while others I’d never heard of were blowing up. I used my judgment and get rid of some of them.
Step 4: The Result
After digging in and spending some time on this, the list is bigger. I will keep exploring!
It was a fun little project, and I ended up watching a bunch of great baseball videos along the way. Now, I have my list!
