Okay, so the other day I was working on this project where I needed to convert meters to feet. I had this measurement, 51.9 meters, and I needed it in feet for, you know, reasons. I’m not always the best with on-the-fly conversions, so I decided to just do it the proper way and document it, ’cause why not?
The Process
First, I grabbed my phone. Yeah, I could have done it in my head, maybe, but I wanted to be sure. Plus, I figured I could screenshot the process and share it later.
I opened up the Google search bar. My go-to, always.

Then I typed in “51.9 meters to feet”. Plain and simple. I hit the search button.
Boom! The answer popped up right away, nice and large.
It is shown below.
- 51.9 meters is equal to 170.27559055 feet.
See? Easy peasy. I took a screenshot, just in case I need it again. Then Convert to * it shows 170ft.

I inputted that 170ft figure into my project notes. Done and done.
Seriously, that’s all there was to it. I find that breaking down even simple tasks like this can be helpful, especially if I have to explain it to someone else later. And sometimes I just forget things, it is convenient for me,haha.
