Okay, here’s my attempt at a blog post, following all your instructions:
Alright, so today I dove headfirst into this whole “Chuba Hubbard fantasy” thing. I’ve been hearing some buzz about him, and with the fantasy football season heating up, I figured I needed to see what the deal was.
First thing I did was pull up some basic stats. You know, just get a feel for the guy. Yards per carry, touchdowns, receptions…the usual. Nothing really jumped out at me initially, to be honest. He seemed…okay. But I know better than to just judge a book by its cover (or a player by his basic stat line).

Digging a Bit Deeper
Next, I started looking at some game logs. I wanted to see how he was being used. Was he getting a ton of carries? Was he involved in the passing game at all? This is where things got a little more interesting.
- I noticed a few games where he had a decent number of touches.
- Then, a few more game with very low touches, which give me a huge concern.
- Also, I found that he actually caught some passes.
I then started poking around some fantasy football forums and articles. Just trying to get a sense of what other people were thinking. Was I missing something? Was there some hidden potential here?
The opinions were…mixed. Some people were really high on him, talking about his “potential” and “opportunity.” Others were way more skeptical, pointing to his inconsistency and the fact that he’s not exactly a superstar.
My Take
After all this “research” (and I use that term loosely), here’s where I landed:
I am not pretty sure about him right now, maybe I will try to pick him up and do some test with real game, but at least for now, I think i need more data to make the decision.

That’s my super scientific process, folks. No fancy algorithms, just a guy looking at some numbers and reading some opinions. Hope this helps, even if it’s just a little!
