Okay, so I saw this article title floating around, “sisters are a part of it nyt,” and it got me thinking. I’m always up for a little deep dive, so I decided to, you know, actually do something with it. Here’s how it went down:
My Little Investigation
First, I typed the title into Google. Straight up, just like that. I wanted to see what the fuss was about, what the New York Times was saying about sisters.
The search results popped up, and I clicked on the NYT link. It was an article, all right. I started reading. I wanted to get the gist, the main idea, before doing anything else.
It is about The Sisters of St. Joseph of Carondelet, who are part of a larger movement of Catholic sisters who are actively working on issues of social and environmental justice.
- I skimmed some parts, focused on others.
- I used hightlight text to marked some import part.
- I took notes after i finished reading.
Then, the real work started. I opened up my note app, get my thought toghter. It always helps me to see things written down.I like jotting down ideas, it is really helps.
After getting all my thoughts organized,I finished my work. I felt good about it.
I am happy to share my reading experence today!
