Okay, so I’ve been trying to figure out this whole NBA predictions thing, and the Nuggets-Jazz game seemed like a good place to start. I’m no expert, but I figured, why not give it a shot? I mean, everyone’s got opinions, right?
First, I looked at the team records. Simple enough. The Nuggets are pretty solid, especially at home. The Jazz, they’ve been a bit up and down this season.
Then, I started digging into player stats. Like, who’s been hot lately? Who’s been struggling? Jokic, obviously, is a beast. I looked at his recent games – points, rebounds, assists – the whole shebang. For the Jazz, I checked out Markkanen and Clarkson.

I even tried to see if there were any injuries. You know, a key player out can totally change a game. Thankfully, no big surprises there.
- Checked team records.
- Looked at individual player stats.
- Scanned for any injury news.
Next, I kind of just… thought about it. Like, how do the teams match up? Do the Nuggets have a strong defense against the Jazz’s offense? Honestly, this part felt more like guessing than anything else.
My “Process” (if you can call it that)
It wasn’t super scientific. More like gathering a bunch of info and then making a semi-educated guess. I felt all smart for like, five minutes.
And finally made my prediction, I went with my gut. Seriously. After all that “research,” I ended up just picking the team I felt would win. Nuggets
So, there you have it. My very amateur attempt at predicting an NBA game. We’ll see if I’m right. I’m not holding my breath, though. I’ll probably stick to watching the games instead of trying to predict them from now on.
