Alright, so I tried this “Hole House Online” thing today, and let me tell you, it was a bit of a trip.
First, I found this on some obscure forum. I was looking for, you know, weird online experiences, and this kept popping up. So, I was like, “Okay, let’s see what this is all about.”
Getting Started
Getting in was a bit strange. No fancy websites or anything. Just an address that I typed in directly.

Once I got there, it was all very bare-bones. No instructions, no tutorials, just…a blank space.
The Experience
- I started by just kind of poking around. Clicking here and there, seeing if anything would happen.
- After a while, I realized I could, like, “dig” holes. I guess that’s the “hole” part of “Hole House.”
- So, I dug a hole. Then another. And another. It was surprisingly…satisfying.
- I started making patterns. Trying to create something, I don’t know, meaningful?
- Other people were there, too, I think. I couldn’t see them, but I could see their holes. Sometimes they’d connect to mine, sometimes they’d go off in their own directions.
Wrapping Up
Honestly, I spent way more time on this than I thought I would. It was relaxing.
I ended up with this huge, sprawling network of tunnels. I have no idea what it means, but it felt like I made it, you know?

I finally closed the page when I was done. I’m not sure if I’ll go back, but it was definitely…something.
If you’re into weird, minimal, online experiences, maybe give it a shot. Just don’t expect anything too flashy.
